We've been having an issue for ages with provisioned accounts in SWSD with the "disabled" property. We're not super concerned with actually disabling/enabling the accounts, but because of this the reports_to and the site/department fields don't update for the users who are active and are not disabled in the system.
First the disabled property for solarwinds was mapped to isSoftDeleted, but then we tried mapping it to accountEnabled to see if that would fix it but it's not been successful either. The other fields like site and department on users that are successful (like our admin accounts) are updating these fields no problem.
