Is it possible to add Custom Fields to the Incident header?

Hello,

I've been configuring Custom Fields and Field Dependencies to create support for a Details category in our portal Incident form. After getting this working so that when a category and subcategory are chosen, a details category populates in the form.

I can see the Details custom field under the Details view in the Incident once it's created. My current task is figuring out whether we can populate the Details custom field in the Incident header form beside Subcategory.

Is it possible to add this feature? Grateful for any feedback or advice on how to accomplish this, or any other methods you've applied relative to my request.
