So, I just converted to ESM, which is great. I think my Service Request Forms are broken, why is there so much white space?
I would like to know how to edit this so it looks more like a form on the page and not a white space with some stuff on the right.

However, if no images are attached, you can opt for a different view to display the form below instead of on the side. To configure the view, please go to Setup > Global Settings > Service Portal - Service Catalog - Set page layout.
