Are there plans to add features to the Teams integration in the near term?

As the title says, I am wondering what to expect from the Teams integration in the next year.  We have not rolled out the current integration as it's extremely limited and does not allow for chat or branding.  We did a test run and users were overall confused and did not see value in the product.  It was a critical check point when looking for an ITSM product and it's unfortunate that it does not work for our needs.  

It would be nice to have branding and the ability to create messages back to the team.  I realize we could use the api and create a better integration on our own, but at that point I might as well look to another solution.  Overall, we are satisfied with the product and any Teams improvements would be very much appreciated.

However, if you enable the Virtual Agent, you will discover extensive capabilities, with a focus on ticket management, task management, knowledge base search, and more. We are continually working on enhancing our integrations, and the next release is planned for the end of Q1 2024.
