SWSD June 9th: Filters for Automation Rules, SolarWinds AI, App Available in MS Teams, and More
Manage your automations more easily with filters for automation rules
With automation becoming integral to service management workflows, your automation index page can get complex, fast. Not to worry – automation rule filters are here to help you customize your view of automations and navigate them to update and maintain your processes more easily. You can now add filters, use different sorting options, and change column appearances. Automate until your heart’s content. Learn more about this update here.
SolarWinds AI – your service desk sidekick
Built on the foundation of AI by Design, SolarWinds AI is the ultimate helping hand for IT service management teams, using generative features directly within an agent's workflow to help drastically reduce manual and repetitive tasks, leading to empowered, high-performing teams and processes.
Customers on the Premier plan can leverage our new SolarWinds AI features to supercharge their agents and teams on Service Desk. These features are currently available to customers in US data centers, with plans for support across more data centers. Read more in the full THWACK release post.
Get caught up quickly with one daily digest email for ESM users
Service provider silos be gone! Instead of multiple emails, the daily digest now consolidates notifications from all service providers into a single email. To further streamline workflows, the content of the email contains headings to summarize the information by each service provider, followed by assigned items and tasks due for that service provider.
Do you have questions about ESM? ESM office hours will be held throughout June. Learn more and register here.
