Feature to have additional Alert Incident table to update Incident details from any ITSM tools via Custom integration

Currently we have tables Orion.ServiceNow.AlertIncident & Orion.ServiceDesk.AlertIncident  in which incident number, state are updated via OOTB options, And we don't have any option to store incident number from ITSM tools like IVanti, ManageEngine , Event also from Servicenow, when using custom integration.

Looking for a similar table, with "update", "create" options enabled , that can be used for these custom integrations
