Can't List Resources

Good morning. I am running SolarWinds HCO 20204.2.1 and adding a Linux server running CENTOS. When I try to get a list of resources for the server, I just get a screen saying "please wait discovering resources", but I never get a list. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, could you share how you resolved?

Are you using an agent or SNMP? If it is SNMP make sure you can do an SNMPWalk from the polling engine that is monitoring that server. https://solarwindscore.my.site.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Troubleshoot-connectivity-and-MIB-issues-with-SolarWinds-SNMP-walk-IPv4-only?language=en_US

Does that work successfully, and are you seeing the recourses you expect in the result?

I'd restart the the agent. If that still fails then uninstalling and reinstalling the agent. If that still doesn't resolve the issue, collect the logs from the agent and if I couldn't spot the issue from the logs then open a support request and send off the agent logs.

Yes sir. We did a restart, but the problem still exist.

I have been told this is a test server, so I am just going to remove it from the console. Might have had a problem with the install. Never have experienced this issue before. Thanks for your time and sharing of knowledge.
