APE will not sync with database

Hi, do you have HCO? Do you have subscription based license? If you have and license is expired then the platform will not work anymore. You need to renew your license.

Thank you. Yes at this time we do have subscription based licensing but plan to switch to HCO. I have noticed that my MPE still syncs with the database. How is this still possible?

I am assuming that you have perpetual licensing model. Or „module based“ licensing. Subscription is mostly HCO … although you could get all other modules on a subscription basis as well. But most module based licensing in my experience is perpetual

There is nothing you need to do to sync an APE. Can you share a screenshot where you are suspecting the out of sync issue?

I not able to send a screenshot due to the security policy at my job but when looking at one of my Polling engines it is showing that the last database sync was 652080 minutes ago.

Ah I know where you are seeing this. Do you have any nodes polled by the APE? If not this is expected behavior. I personally do not pay attention to this metric any more. I personally only check this metric here
