Identify Storage Unit to Server/Node being monitored

Hello there!

I'm currently monitoring all of the client's servers in a custom dashboard. I'm trying to find a way to add the storage unit were each of the servers is assigned. In other words, when I go into the Dashboard I would like to see the server/node name along with the storage unit linked to it. I will pretty much appreciate your help!
