Can someone suggest how to install SSH Server Certificate!

For accessing devices via ssh, 2 certs need to be installed, Ssh Server certificate and Ssh Server User Certificate.
-> On my device, installation for ssh server user certification is successful but still facing issue in installing certificate for ssh server.
