SCM out-of-the-box policies...Want to import new ones, but from where?

The out-of-box policy

• Windows Server 2016 STIG (version 1, rel. 10)

included is partial and out of date. We want to import new ones for Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 STIGS. I can only find in xml and when i convert yaml it does not import . Where can i get new STIGS in .yaml format?
