Software Asset Inventory Still Showing Removed Software

We've recently removed some software from Windows servers to remediate identified server vulnerabilities. The software no longer shows on the server in the Uninstall dialog, but the Orion Software Inventory widget, as well as showing when querying Orion.AssetInventory.Software via SWQL. These nodes are polled via SNMP and the last Inventory Collection poll is current. Any ideas why this is not updating?

chucksimalchik Did you ever find the answer to this?
I'm new to using Samanage and I was investigating our hardware and software "discovered" on them. As far as I can tell it only creates an entry the first time it detects a software. I have some machines that have software entries that were "discovered "in 2014, but the software is no longer installed.

I'm struggling to find answers about how the discovery agent is populating this data other then that it pulls data from Windows Registry or if their are options to configure to get the behavior I'm looking for.

Sorry but I have not. Haven't dug into it in a bit as we got the information otherwise. We've since upgraded so it probably is worth checking again if behavior changed, but not optimistic that it did.
