Access denied, authorization failed. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

Hi. I'm getting this error "Access denied, authorization failed. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." on my HTTP Bindings Monitor (Default Web Site) in Solarwinds. However, The website URL is running well and has no issue.

I have already tried to input the URL and Port manually in the template but it still failed. Hoping for your help on how to solve this issue.
