Hello!
We have the agent installed on some machines that we can't talk to through the usual WMI and ICMP routes. Suddenly on the 30/12/2024 all the agents stopped talking back to SolarWinds and we seem unable to work out why. The Agent is running on the server as far as we can tell and the only thing we can see is in the application log is a warning for the agent is Plugin [JobEngine], PID [] failed watchdog request [1] time(s) and will be terminated and we also cannot restart the service or connect to the agent through SolarWinds.
Any help would be much appreciated!
