Domain IP Access List - Where is this List located?

Where is the List of Domain IP Access list(s) retained, and/or are available for editing?

Ideally when attempts on the gateway domain, which is allow any IP except Deny IP's by certain User Names (ie Admin, Root), those should be blocked immediately before any more attempts are made by adding the IP to the Domain Access tab with the IP<value>,Allow=0

    I can find the IPs in the ServU archive file 

    Windows:
    C:\ProgramData\RhinoSoft\Serv-U\Serv-U.Archive.
    I don't know what type of formatting it uses and when a possibly changed config-file is read in.
