Home directory permission rules do not override group rules.

User rules do not override group rules.
Directory read/write permissions:
Directory group rule: read only
Directory user rule: write

In this case the dominant rule is the read-only rule. Is this correct or is it a bug?

My Experience with permissions is most restrictive applies

I am using windows sever as my MFT O/S
