Has anyone managed to create database users without the Management Console (i.e. Integration Library?)

we've managed to do that. We used the DB-Integration-Guide (https://documentation.solarwinds.com/archive/pdf/servu/serv-u_db_integration_guide.pdf).
If needed, I can provide a working bash-script.

We're working with 15.5, so yes :) We updated from md5 to argon2.

It is necessary, that "PasswordEncryptMode" in the Database-Table is set to 1.

For the example from the DB-Integration-Guide, the following Code works:

The Result of this is "FC42971E005D44BA889D14D8C1E81BC91C66ED08D563A2B5568523B27FDAE9F7", as mentioned in the example.

FWIW, I now used the C# implementation to get the Encrypted Password, but that's just a matter of preference.
