Unable to upload diagnostics file into shared SFTP links

I think I've gotten that error before when I tried to upload from a network share. Is your diagnostics file on your local machine?

I also got that message when there are spaces in the filename as well...

Are you "behind" a ZSCALER Proxy? if so I haven't been able to upload diags as well and I think there is no solution for this except to try from a different connection

I get that all the time.  Our firewall sees some files (DLLs) in the diagnostics and blocks them as Portable Executables which are potentially malicious.

I would ask the tech exactly what he is looking for.  Log files get through without problem.

This is what worked for me - I disabled Zscaler private access and internet security and the file uploaded without a problem.

Thanks for the additional info. I’ll let my clients know in the future and see if they can disable ZSCALER this way.
