SEM Reporter - Manager ping OK but the port 9001 on the LEM appliance could not be open

I turned off TLS on the appliance and managed to get rid of that error

Disable TLS on a standalone SEM VM or appliance

Use these steps if the SEM database is located on the same VM or appliance as the SEM Manager. This is the most common arrangement.

1. Open the CMC command line. See Log in to the SEM CMC command line interface for steps.

2. At the cmc: prompt enter manager

3. At the cmc::manager> prompt, enter disabletls.

4. At the cmc::manager> prompt, enter restart.

You can remove the port restrictionRestrict access to the SEM reports application，or closs TLS disable Enable TLS if disabled.i tested it and it worked

I have tried the solution from all recommendations and nothing so far.

Have you tried connecting ,  I get the error but   the reports run fine

Yes, it worked for my situation, but when I did the same to my client, it didn't work for him
