I’m setting up High Availability (HA) for my SolarWinds Orion platform, but I’ve encountered a challenge: My primary and secondary servers are located on different subnets
The SolarWinds documentation suggests that both servers should be on the same subnet to share a Virtual IP (VIP), but this isn’t feasible in my current environment.
Is there a way to configure HA with servers on different subnets?
Can I use a VIP in this case by implementing a routing/NAT solution?
Are there alternative approaches, such as failover using DNS or active agent configuration?
