Unfortunately, it looks like you posted this in the SolarWinds Patch Manager forum instead of the Security Event Manager forum. With that said, the first thing you want to do is make sure you have configured your Juniper Firewall to send syslog to the Security Event Manager, SEM, virtual appliance. If you have already taken this step and configured the connector as stated above but you aren't seeing the normalized logs use the following support article to t/shoot, https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/sem/content/admin_guide/16-sem_troubleshooting/troubleshoot-syslog-error-messages.htm, it could be that the logging facility the Juniper is sending to is not set correctly within the connector. The article should help determine if that is the case and provide insight into how to correct.
