Currently it is not possible to create a log destination via the settings API (https://www.papertrail.com/help/settings-api/#destinations)
The documentation notes "Creating and updating log destinations by API is not currently supported, since most accounts only need a small number of log destinations and the total number per account is limited.". As an aside, it does not appear to be publicly documented what the log destination amount limit is, and PaperTrail support also did not know what the limit is.
It would be useful to allow Log Destination creation via the Settings API so that we could automate this in our DevOps when setting up a new project instead of requiring a manual setup.
