these line are only errors that I see in log file of config wizard

All services are start and running in orion service manager

User that run config wizard is domain user with admin privilege on local server 

I have an Additional web server and it work right now without any problem but my my main engine as you see doesn't provide web access even on local console

And as I said before it happen right after installation of HF5

it would be better if you can paste the whole configuration wizard as those are general errors and can range in just doing a config wizard to simply re installing the main server which you mentioned is the last thing you wanted to do.

I try to put config wizard log here .

But for your info I tried config wizard or rebuilding web site many times

And it weird that everything work smoothly , all services up , all ports open , additional web server works fine, all pollers work fine too and just only main server doesn't provide web

And because I have additional web server so I can work without problem.

It looks to be a permission issue so running the permission checker does help.

I think you are indeed using Https because I can see it on the configuration log.  How did you run the rebuild website?  Also, what kind of certificate are you using on the configuration wizard?

I usually follow the steps on the link below, but I always reboot after doing the IIS reset and then run the configuration wizard using command prompt with admin rights.

Also, can you open database manager and check the websites table and check what is listed on that table?

the data resides on the database.  Re installing the main server does not really mean you will lose data

Downgrading is more or less the same as doing a clean install.  Furthermore,  what happens when you click on repair and then doing a check again right after the repair on the permission checker.  I'm thinking it will show you that it still needs to adjust the permissions.  Also, as neomatrix pointed out, check the database for the values of Engines, OrionServers and website.  I believe I mentioned to check the websites table on my earlier replies.

Furthermore, if you recently downloaded the hotfix, that means you are still under maintenance.  You can ask support to do the rebuild website if you already tried it numerous times.

My guess here is that it is a permission issue on the IIS.  There is similar post with regards to this, but unfortunately, there's no confirmed answer.

Have you opened a support ticket on this issue and if so, can you send me the ticket number so I can look into?

I ran permission checker more than 10 times and it is all ok.

Also checked all 3 related tables still everything is ok

Unfortunately I have no access directly to our customers portal and other department has access to it. There is an idiotic bureaucracy in our company. 

So I received hotfix from them.

And I can't open ticket directly by myself. 

Right now I am working more than 10 years with solarwinds products in many companies and never had a dead-end like this

yeah at this point, it is best to open a support ticket.  I have seen this before and usually doing a rebuild website or re instal.  You might also want to remove the configuration wizard log on the post above.

I would still recommend for you to contact Solarwinds via the support numbers.  The data might be on the database so you won't really lose it, but this would also mean your main server will be down.

Furthermore, licensing issues and other unforeseen consequences can arise.

Yeah it's hard to troubleshoot remote like this as this is likely environmental as many others are running HF5 no problem.  Support may be the quickest way to get to bottom of.

I recently found a new KB about HF5 and want you to know it

and it is so funny that I have exact problem like the title but my stem.DirectoryServices.dll version is higher than number that noticed in KB.

but funny thing is my event viewer shows this warning repeatedly : Event 1310, ASP.Net  4.0.30319.0

And it refer to a line in C:\InetPub\SolarWinds\web.config.

I think this is also a big problem with ASP.NET version but no exact problem explained in this KB

So as you see we have a problem in this hotfix.

Hope you can guide me to solve it.

Also I update my .Net framwork to the last version but nothing changed

That's all I got.  Good job in finding that article,  If I was on your position, I would document everything and submit this to support.  It's most likely an issue within the environment as it is only happening to one server.  As Bshopp suggest, creating a ticket would be the best route as of this time.
