We have recently started making use of NetPath Services, deploying probes to a handful of regional servers and gathering latency to their closest sites. Works well and is really useful.
I've managed to get alerts to fire based on whether there is a warning or critical level of packet loss. Looking at some of the probes, it looks like packet loss is set as 5% warning and 25% critical but I can't see anything to tell me what the latency thresholds for NetPath services are?
The thresholds for latency/packet loss used by NetPath Services appear to be seperate/different from those under the standard solarwinds thresholds.
Can anyone advise me as to how to view and ideally change the NPM Netpath Latency/Packet Loss thresholds? If they can it would be of great help.
