How to export logs in Orion ?

seems like some limitation - export button is present on my side.

what can I do to have the right to do it ?

Unsure to be honest, I looked on our environment but couldn't find any account rights relating to Log Viewer and exporting logs. Which leads me to think that it might not be account related but product/licensing related.

Not sure, I've got the export button too, suspect the same as you, need to get a lab back up. I still had an export button with a low-rank account so it's not from Admin or anything.

I expect it comes down to if you've got the proper log product or the free one. Would confirm with support. My guess is emalto  you've got NPM, but not HCO or LA or (maybe) VMAN?

Also, you could pull stuff out of the DB if you really had to

This feature is only available in Log Analyzer (paid version), not the SolarWinds Platform Log Viewer. If you have LA then you would see this.
