Group status wents to warning status but the actual device was up. While checked in the event logs of the device, no logs were found for the same.

Seems like one of the nodes in the group went into a warning state, which means the group will show warning status. You will need to look at each node in the group for any warnings.
Yes, one of the node went to warning state but when I checked the availability of the node it was 100%. Adding to it verified the remaining nodes of the same group all the node availability were 100%.
This is by design I think, any warnings from nodes in a group will place the group in a warning state. A node that is in a warning state does not mean it is down or unavailable. Once the warning state is resolved the group should go back to green.
