VPN Remote Access Tunnel History Report Retention

I have NPM 2023.4.1 and our VPN Remote Access Tunnel History 30-day Report is only able to see 2 to 3 days of data. I saw an older thread on this that affected version 12.x, but the fix seemed to involved querying dbo.settings. My problem is I don't see this table. Any clues as to what I can do to expand the retention to 30 days from 3 in NPM 2023.4.1?
