I have encountered an issue with regards to NCM is unable to run scripts on any devices on one of the Polling Engines.
I have changed the Polling Engine for the required devices but it did not manage to connect to any of the devices.
I have already tried the below steps.
- Restarting the services
- Rebooting the Polling Engine
- Repairing the services
- Replacing the job engine
- Repairing NCM.
None of these have worked so far.
What could be the the possible issue?
