Kiwi NG - Any way to stop logging to C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\KiwiSyslogService\logs?

I may have found my own answer after reading this: Use debug logs to troubleshoot in KSS NG

What I did was modify "c:\program files (x86)\SolarWinds\Kiwi Syslog Server NG\appsettings.json" and remove the WriteTo path folder/file name value.  After restarting Kiwi service, I do not see any new logs being creating in ProgramData folder.

Example:
