Is there a way to resize columns manually in the events view?

currently, we offer only add/remove and reorder current columns. Please, post a feature request to support team for resizing of Events view.

Wait, why would you want to be able to resize a column so you can actually read the information in it? You realize that manual column sizing requires wildly complex code... LOL. 

For me, Syslog Server NG is useless if you can´t resize the columns. In our case, we only see some HEX-Numbering of a message and nothing more. Resizing columns is an elemantary feature of every Software.

I'm utterly shocked this has been a request for over a year and hasn't been done.  This is one of the worst UIs and largest waste of space I've seen in a sys logger in a long time.  You literally cannot even see the log data unless you hover over it or you remove all other fields.  Really considering not purchasing this given in a year this simple but nearly expected feature set had to requested and hasn't been implemented. 
What an utter waste of space!!!
