Kiwi syslog 9.8.1 Freeware not processing syslog

I have a new installation of Kiwi 9.8.1 (Freeware) on a Windows 2022 server. I have the syslog from my ZyWall 110 firewall directed to the syslog server. I have verified using Wireshark that the Syslog packets are being sent to the syslog server. Sending a test message from Kiwi displays the message on the screen and saves it to the file. None of the data from my firewall is displaying or being written to the file.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

I went through the troubleshooting checklist in Troubleshoot Kiwi Syslog Server (solarwinds.com). I disabled the firewall and anti-virus software on both the syslog server and the computer with SyslogGen. When I ran the SyslogGen, the message never gets logged. The display rule and Syslog input are configured correctly based on the checklist.
