Kiwi Windows Log Forwarder agent cause server CPU spike

Recently install Solarwinds Windows log forwarder agent into few Windows Server. When selected the subscription and enable it, the server CPU start increase and hit 100%. We only select "Application, Security and System" for the subscription. We need to disable the agent service or disable the subscription then only can bring down the CPU load. The servers are use for AD and MS SQL.

If we keep the agent enable log forwarder, the CPU load will go up and down but most of time CPU load at 80-90%.

I have seen posts in here related to the same problem, but never a resolution. Has anyone found the root cause of this type of problem. Thanks a lot
