IP Monitor Unable To Send Email to @VTEXT.COM

ipMonitor Version: 11.2.0 build 110

Currently cannot send email to a Verizon mobile device using the XXXXXXXXXX@vtext.com email address associated with the phone. Log only shows

Sending from my outlook client works fine.

Has anyone else run into this issue?
