Hi,

check if your account has IPAM admin.
Orion Admin is not automatically an IPAM admin.
Ok, I would assume that you are using a windows account that is configured for windows group. Am I correct?
Check this document and then go to the very last part.
"If the user has Admin Role on IPAM you can run the below query to verify if they have the correct role on Database. Make sure that they have SiteAdmin.
SELECT * FROM [dbo].[WebUserSettings]
where SettingName like '%ipamaccountrole%'"
support.solarwinds.com/.../Unable-to-add-subnets-to-IPAM-with-Admin-account
I see. Everything checks out. If that still still non editable even though you have IPAM admin, then the only path for you to go is to create a ticket.
Just curious, is it only happening to that "admin" account?
The user account used has no effect. It looks like for some subnets, they're not editable for some reason?
Thanks for the help.
that is a truly weird issue. Sorry, that's all I got.
just remembered one thing, you might want to go to IPAM_Group and then filter it to GroupType 8.
Check the Engine ID for those results. Then go to Engine Table, and verify that the results has a valid EngineID by counter checking it on the Engine Table.
