Transient change status triggers

Hi

I got a call from a user that is "100%" sure that over night all the static IP scopes that he mange change from "Used" to  "Transient".

We did not change anything on the platform ..does anyone experienced the same ?

we run on "SolarWinds Platform, VNQM, NTA, NPM, NCM, IPAM, SAM: 2023.2.0"
