Our organization is rated on availability of servers. We have SLAs that state we have to feed reports to them on whether a node is up, or down. We would need data from 2 solarwinds sites, both which are added into EOC and are functioning properly. But not all nodes from each site, so we would need to be able to either pick a custom property for what to report on, or a group to run the report against. Below is what im looking for.
12 hour report - 7AM to 7PM
24 hour report - 12AM to 11:59PM
We have SLAs that our IT services have agreed on with other programs, so we need these types of reports.
Any ideas ? anything would be helpful. thank ypu.
