Not sure what you mean by uninstalling the legacy version did you not just upgrade?

We had the old version (1.6.3) that is not upgrade-able, we removed it and installed 2.0

I don’t think that’s right yes you can’t upgrade directly but you can upgrade version by version.

like 1.6.3 to 1.7 to 1.8 in some sort of order.

as your database would be out of sync or at least that’s how I would do it.

The last downloadable version is 1.6.3. We are using a new DB in 2.0 anyway.

Your right but I think I have read somewhere if going from a previous version to contact them (support) I assume for the correct versions.

when you say a new database in 2, do you mean you have an empty new database new servers?

Also noticed that’s the Eoc download have you upgraded your main polling engines first?
