Launch Free TFTP Server Tool without admin

Is there a way to configure the free TFTP server tool to launch as standard user?

We are using the free TFTP server tool as a dependency of another application to push files to remote components.  We don't need the user to be a local or domain admin to accomplish this task.  Is there anyway to configure the TFTP Server Tool application or make registry/permission changes to allow the basic user the ability to start the application.  We have it installed as a service and we can see that is running in Windows Services.  This is for a Windows 10 OS. Thanks.
