We recently upgraded from 2023.4.2 to 2024.4. Our CUCM backups run via SFTP/SCP tool and everything was working well until we moved to the newer version. Error Reason : Unable to access SFTP server. Please ensure the username and password are correct. Credentials have not changed and other backups for Cisco ISE works correctly. We suspect this could be due to ciphers but I'm not certain where the settings can be changed. Has anyone experienced this?
