Error importing Thwack template

I'm trying to import the following Thwack template into my SolarWinds instance:
https://thwack.solarwinds.com/content-exchange/server-application-monitor/m/application-monitor-templates/1594

I'm running the following version of SolarWinds: Orion Platform HF2, SAM HF2: 2020.2.6

The error that I get is 'Incorrect File Format' when I try to import the template. I confirmed that the template is in XML format Anyone have an idea about why this isn't working?
