Does DPA capture batch executed stored procedures?

When you say DPA is not capturing SPs that run as part of a batch, what do you mean exactly? Do you have an example code and what DPA is not capturing?

As per application team, they do run the stored procedures in batches. Like in SQL script they do have 20-30 sps triggered at once. However when I check in Find SQL or run a report with keywords wouldn't find them in DPA. If ran separately those are visible 

SQL Sentry does allow to run a trace or you can use extended event and track the RPC_completed, sp_statment_completed and sql_batch_completed   and use causality tracking to be able to group by and see all the steps.

Yes, I heard of that. However cannot use it where I work and want to see if DPA works for these scenarios 

They should be visible within DPA but it's possible they are running so quickly there is very little wait times for them so they are further down the list of SQL. However, if a report does not find them and you are searching for the proc name, then they are mostly likely not performance issues or anywhere close. You can view overall proc stats from SQL Server using the dm_exec_procedure_stats DMV (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/system-dynamic-management-views/sys-dm-exec-procedure-stats-transact-sql)

Ok, I did a catchup with app team and they say as a batch the query runs for quite sometime. But as you said these doesn't seem to cause any issues.
