I would like to query the DPA database for the information displayed on the Server/date page

I would like to be able to see the 

SQL Name

Wait Time

Total Wait Time

% of Total Wait Time

Average

Executions

SQL Text the time period shown on the page

Could you proved me with some guidance on how to write this query?  Our DPA database is stored on SQL server.

    Hi  , DPA has several reports and screens that already show this data, including the screenshot you show. Can you provide more information about what you need that you're not already getting? Do you need the data for a single SQL statement, or looking for all SQLs in a timeframe?
