Eliminate weak security in DRS

DRS is getting a very poor report from our vulnerability scanning service. It is showing the following:

HSTS Missing from HTTPS Server (RFC6797)
TLS Version 1.0 Protocol Detected
TLS Version 1.1 Protocol Detected

Please remove the above items or create a tool or method for the administrator to edit them.
