Forum Is Dameware Remote Support still alive and well? The last updates to the software were almost 15 months ago...

Is Dameware Remote Support still alive and well? The last updates to the software were almost 15 months ago...

We've been using this software for 15+ years but lately it seems like issues are no longer fixed, new versions are not released..?

Issues:

- Remote control to machines with more than one display don't seem to work no more (cannot switch to the second display)

- many times the remote session just hangs at "Initializing display"

I guess silence means you are on your own. My org uses it too and it rarely gets an update. They are trying to push you to the cloud version so they can make you pay more.

hi

facing the same issue with multi-monitor-support with version 12.3.1.20

thought this was fixed in the version before with an hotfix... ????? seems it wasn't :-(
