Issue with DRS 12.3.0.12 and multiple monitors

Applying the Hotfix1 for DRS 12.3.0.12 should give you version 12.3.0.42 and resolve multiple monitor issues in this version.

Just make sure to apply the 32 bit if you of DRS and DMRC if you have DRS installed in your machine.

it seems like the problem still subsists in12.3.1.20

This issue is known only in 12.3.0 and has been addressed in the new version.

Have you tried re-installing the 12.3.1 agent making sure that your agent was created with MRC "Mirror Driver".

You can test creating the MSI client builder: Creating an MSI Package with the Dameware Mini Remote Control Client Agent MSI Builder install it on the remote machine and try again.
