We have to log in to the DRE portal with MFA several times throughout the day even though we are working on trusted devices.
Most other services we use allow us to control MFA to limit requests to once per day, week or month provided that we're on a trusted device\browser. Hopefully this is a feature that you can enable to help limit authentication fatigue.
