Shell, Registry, and file access without interrupting the endpoint user.

Hello,

This is my first post here, I recently joined this forum to gain more knowledge on SolarWinds tools.

I am seeking a method to access the Shell, Registry, or File explorer on an endpoint without having to initiate a video connection. This is because there may be instances where I need to diagnose issues without disrupting the work of the endpoint user. I want to be able to check the existence of a registry key, verify the presence of a file, and make minor modifications using a simple PowerShell command. Our endpoints are dispersed throughout the country and are primarily remote.
