It seems that DRE is a hit-or-miss for me and my organization. I love using it when it works, but its starting to get more and more frustration on the NOT working part. To sum it up, we can get a laptop (MDT (police mobile data terminal)) to receive the email, download the service, and install it. DRE will show that the system is online and ready to open a session. Click "Connect" and it runs through the motions, "Please Wait" comes on the screen and...........nothing. It then begins to close the session with the picture of "The connection was temporality lost. Please wait while the connection is being reestablished. Reconnecting in X seconds....." Then it just repeats the process. I dont understand what's going on? This happens for all the external devices, and locks up devices within the network. Anyone have this problem, and how did you solve it?
