We updated to 12.3.0.12 and none of the techs running this version can change the displayed monitor, You can click the button to switch to a secondary monitor, or the virtual monitor, but it just stays displaying the primary monitor. The secondary monitor and virtual monitors do remain highlighted when you click them.
