Unable to switch between monitors since update to 12.3.0.12

Open support ticket and describe the issue with switching monitors. They will know.

Exact same problem here. Just logged a support call and awaiting a response. Thanks for posting this.

Same here. Just opened a ticket, waiting for a fix (it's really annoying, I use Dameware Mini Remote Control many times a day).

Wait until you update your server/internet proxy if you use it in that way. Everything stops working then. Got another support call open for that too.

It's very annoying. They replyed to me by asking many questions about the situation. Not so complicated. I simply installed this new version which broke the monitor switch on my Windows 11 laptop !!

I'm looking for an alternative !

Still the same issue on our end too. 
This needs to get fixed as soon as possible. 
It prevents some intervention on clients using secondary monitor.

There is now a 12.3 Hotfix 1 to resolve this and a few other issues with this relesase.

• DRS may stop functioning when MRC agent is installed 

• User unable to switch between monitors during MRC connection 

• User unable to take screenshots during MRC connection 

• Some themes in MRC and DRS appear blacked out 

• User unable to change MRC agent language after upgrade
